I will NEVER rent from them again! This company is a total rip off. When I moved into a property off Chesapeake Blvd in Norfolk the unit was not painted or properly cleaned. Once I moved out I had the unit completely cleaned including the carpet and they still charged my $380 for painting the walls that were not painted before I moved in. When I called to ask about this she started had I stayed 15 months I would have NOT been charged for paint. However my lease was only 12 months!
