The billing department for this hospital is horrible! Once insurance finally kicked in and I realized we have a copay, I called to pay our part. The account was "locked" and the rep said to wait for a new bill. Well, the new bill did not come and the account has been referred to collections. This has happened several times!
3/14/18 I went to the er Wednesday night for tooth pain and I mean I was bawling my eyes out. I seen the dentist earlier that day and for some reason they didn’t prescribe me meds for pain after seeing I was in pain, being I had impacted wisdom teeth, that are pushing on my other teeth causing twice the pain. I took my Daughther in and was telling the staff what was going on with her after having her to two different doctors within a week apart and they look at me if I was Stupid and the doctor walk in and asked my daughter if she was having a bad day and she said yes and he said well my Shift over in 33 minutes...omg Relly my Child was Relly Sick .....
