update: still never go to this urgent care. They think $300 for a walk in visit to a doctor and to get your ear looked at is an appropriate amount. After my post, their reply here was to contact their customer service, which I did. I was told it was a correct charge. This is an excessive amount and they should at least tell you the minimum amount would be $300 when you check in. All they did for me was weigh me and look in my ear!! Rip off. RecommendedHighly recommend Virginia Mason. I visited a walk-in care location. All staff was personable, professional and facility was clean. I had an issue with my BCBS insurance and the VM billing department was very friendly, thorough and understanding with my issue.
