Both times I have been here at my scheduled time even being early for paperwork it has been an hour to an hour an a half wait. Unfortunately, they do no sort of phone call to notify patients the day of that there is an extensive wait/ back up. I could understand 15-30 but not that long. Even with all my experience at some top hospitals including Johns Hopkins I have never experienced such a wait. The only response you get is sorry, but you'd still have to check in at the same time. Dr. Campbell and Paul gave my daughter the green light to start riding her horse again after ACL and meniscus surgery in February. Also, thank you to Dr. Stewart for initially seeing us right after the injury. You all made one teenager very happy today allowing her to ride again. She promises to be careful!
I will probably never come back to this place. Such a rude front desk staff. Two are literally talking about me in front of my face!! People really should learn how to do there job professionally.
When everyone assumes that everyone is a drug addict, innocent people like my mother fall through the cracks. She lives in pain most days because Virginia Institute for Sports Medicine's Paul Versage likes to give her less than she needs. She takes two a day instead of 6 because he never prescribes her enough to make it past ten days. He has, also, said one thing and then suddenly changes his mind upon the next visit. Had the best care and surgery was much better than I had expected. Appts were easy to get and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
Dr. Stewart and Bradshaw are the best at what they do. Their experience and knowledge to help in healing and rehabilitation is outstanding.
The doctors and staff are really polite and courteous and really take time with there patients.
