Nice resort, wished outdoor pool was complete.

THE sketchiest Marriott we have ever been to. The floors and carpets were filthy with food crumbs and dirt. The room that we reserved and paid for online was no longer available when we got there. It SMELLED. The room that he gave us instead had urine on the toilet seat, stains on the sheets and carpet,and a bug in the shower. We left within 12 minutes of looking at the room and they would not give us a refund. Very saddened by the services as well. Instead of trying to help … See more

We just arrived here at Orlando World Marriott and we’re only here for 2 hours when we came back to our room all of our belongings were stolen and only the front desk check-in and bellhop knew our room number. The hotel doesn’t see the sense of urgency or seem concerned at all and they have done nothing. Come to find out this is the 2nd time this has happened in this hotel tonight! I do not feel safe here!

Upon 3 hours of check- in, someone got access to my locked room and stole thousands of dollars of my belongings, computer, kindle, iPad, jewelry! I’m sure this was an inside job. Police and staff didn’t seem too caring or concerned and had a lack of compassion. They didn’t even move us to a new room until we asked. This is a horrible experience with no answers or resolve and they can’t answer who used a key to get into the room.

Husband’s birthday on 3/26 and we selected our favorite hotel for the celebration. Platinum and trying to receive upgrade for his birthday on 3/25 and 3/26. We have called now for three weeks requesting. Fingers crossed.
