Dr B goes above and beyond for her patients. Her goal is to provide the best service while making her patients happy. She doesn’t just tell you what you need; she empowers you with knowledge so you can make an informed decision.

The staff are amazing! Sabrina was very helpful from scheduling down to insurance verification. The Dr. was very pleasant and very professional.
I just got my hearing aids a couple weeks ago. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long, but I’m glad I found Sabrina and Dr Bartlett. They make me feel right at home and answer all my questions without feeling like I’m just a number. I was emotional when I put the hearing aids on and they were both so very excited for me. They are very genuine people which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Check them out for sure!

I highly recommend Virginia Hearing Consultants. Dr. Bartlett has taken care of my parents' hearing needs for years. She fit both with the perfect hearing aids, patiently answered all of their questions, and made sure they had an ample supply of batteries.
