I reached out to billing multiple times 2x in person on 2 prior visits last year to correct billing issues. On phone 2x, I was promised explanation of billing would be emailed 2x, never occurred. Sent 5 messages on portal no response. Kids and I been with them for for 3 years sad to be treated this way.

Many years ago Dr. Milani was my family's primary care physician at another practice. I thought then that he was exceptional. My youngest daughter was always petrified of going to the doctors. Even in high-school she would burst into tears if she had to have blood taken. Dr. Milani was so patient and kind she would only consent to see him up until the time she went to college. I will never recommend dr malani or his clinic to anyone the most horrible service dr malani never shows up only the nurses or the junior drs see you very bad service
Dr. Milani is the absolute BEST! I am very particular with who I go see for my care, and needless to say after my very first appointment with him, I felt completely comfortable. He seems to genuinely care about you as a person as well as a patient - truly the definition of quality, holistic primary care. The office itself is very welcoming and kind from the moment you make an appointment to the moment you leave from your check-up, etc. Highly recommend, overall.
