The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love that Dr. Hart takes a more conservative view and is not quick to drill and fill. She is happy to work with parents in forming a more holistic approach. The atmosphere is so welcoming and smells amazing. The air is filtered and they have homemade hand sanitizer so you do not have to use those harsh chemicals. They are so respectful of the parent having the ultimate decision for their children. We have had such a great experience time and time again.

I love Richmond Family dentistry. Dr. Hart and all her staff are very kind and helpful. I know I am in the very best hands. Had my teeth cleaned yesterday with their new machine and my teeth have never felt cleaner. I had a tooth extracted and they let me listen to my music during the procedure. The lighting is soft and relaxing, unlike other dentist with bright lights and clinical atmosphere. I am so happy to have found them.

I have had numerous negative experiences with dentists and was reluctant to see one. I was referred by a friend to this practice. Office staff are so friendly and caring. Dr.Hart and staff are always gentle and listen to my concerns. I have been happy with my treatments and improvements in my hygiene! Thank you Dr. Hart.

Richmond Family Dentistry is very thorough with their assessments and everyone cares for their patients really well. When the pandemic hit and all services were closed down, Dr. Hart still made herself accessible thru telehealth; I got immediate care on my dental emergency during that time and was guided well until my in-person appointment. Fantastic dental practice! The waiting room is lovely and relaxing which really helps keep my kids calm before seeing Dr. Hart. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
