These guys are the best. They take care of ALL my furry babies and put up with Jakes hijinks better than I do sometimes. Dr Baker and all the gang are so caring and concerned about my babies. Very special people
Dr. Morris operated on my long-haired Chihuahua 2 weeks ago and did an excellent job and was so kind and informative on the phone call after surgery. Thanks all of you for being so kind and patient. Also Dr. Baker is wonderful. So glad I found this facility.
So I was checking out with my Sentinel and this is what I heard an older gentleman say to a new client......"You picked a damn good place, he sure knows what the hell he's doing"......made me smile and it's so very true! I love and appreciate everyone at VBVH!!
Dr. Morris is very knowledgeable and actually has experience with exotics and it shows! I've been to a number of vets that have said they see exotics but then don't know how to handle them or don't know common facts. I'm also glad I found a vet that is incredibly honest with me!! (my exotics - 2 sugar gliders and a hedgehog)
Dr. Morris was shopping where I work one day and I found out he was a vet. He talked to me for 20 minutes about my dog and her seizures. I thought that was so kind of him. I made an appointment a few weeks later. He truly cares about the health of my dog and all the options available for her. The staff is friendly and professional.
