Short, rushed, no listening skills, annoyed that I refused more meds for conditions that I don't suffer from. Annoyed that I managed to find the help she refused to give me. Between your office, my regular gyn, gi, & urology, I feel like a human ping pong ball. Why exert any effort when you can just keep shoving pts off on other providers, get your check, and the patient suffers because no one gives a crap! Thanks for the additional and wholly uncalled for frustration!
Any time I call to schedule, they say all their doctors are full for at least the next 5 months out. However, as soon as I run out of refills from my meds, they are always able to schedule me in within a month or two. I dont even have a specific doctor I prefer to go to - they always claim everyone is completely booked for several months out.
I would like to leave this review and explain my situation and let the reader be the judge. I have been a long time patient of Dr. Hansen as has my mother and she also deliver my brother. My mother and I are a long time patients. I have experienced difficulty getting an appointment with Dr. Rena Talreja-Palaez, I was informed that she is not taking another providers patients, my doctor within your practice retired.
