Unhappy with the way the front desk manager handles issues. Wasted my time with misinformation.
Haven’t been a patient here in months and still having issues with the billing department creating trouble… Was seen a total of 4 times from Dec 2024 to Feb 2025, and not once have I had a good experience. From the office staff, to medical providers, and billing - the information is ALWAYS incorrect. No one speaks to each other. Constant issues with services offered, scheduling, purpose of visit, charges incurred, changing medical codes SEVEN months later and fraudulent billing practices. This place is an absolute nightmare.... read more
I am in my mid 40's. Instead of just beleiving I was in excrutiating pain, I was told it was depression and anxiety. I was told I needed mood stabilizers. I was treated and spoken to in the most condescending manor by Dr Webber. Turns out, I had a major medical problem. To be in pain, to know that there's something seriously wrong and just to be dismissed and gaslit is exactly why I do not and would not recommend this practice to anyone. I have thought long and hard about how to write this review after being a patient at these offices for 2 years and after 2 pregnancies (that ended in miscarriages). The best way to describe it is that the right hand has zero clue what the left hand is doing. The communication at all locations between the front office staff, the nurses and the doctors often times does not sync, creating confusion for them and frustration for the patient.
