I can't express how pleased I am with VAATCO! Do not let a phone conversation deter you from going in person. The staff went above and beyond. Extremely helpful and professional. They are quick, to the point and hide nothing. The vehicles are clean and not all touched up as if to hide any flaws. As they say, they aren't trying to put lipstick on a pig. Terrible customer service....the truck was not ready or properly fixed or detailed....and they still own me my 2000 dollar deposit preventing me from buying the truck I really want

They had what I wanted , quick and efficient and I was able to get the IQ that day.
The sales person was friendly but would not budge on price which was one thousand dollars overpriced,according to CarGurus.I left dealer without the truck.
