quick response to the request and very friendly
Terrible customer service....the truck was not ready or properly fixed or detailed....and they still own me my 2000 dollar deposit preventing me from buying the truck I really want

I received a courtesy email from them.
They had what I wanted , quick and efficient and I was able to get the IQ that day.
The sales person was friendly but would not budge on price which was one thousand dollars overpriced,according to CarGurus.I left dealer without the truck.
Important warning to potential car buyers – do not consider doing business with Virginia Auto Trader Co. Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle from them two weeks ago and it has been a nightmare. Not only did they sell a bad car, they were not honest about work done to the vehicle and have not made any meaningful attempt to resolve the issues. I would hate for anyone else to have to endure this kind of treatment and suffer the financial hardship we are experiencing as a result of their unethical business practices.
