The car is damaged and missing peices of the bumper/ground effects, and smoke burns on the seats. I called to see the mini and they told me it was In Fitchburg and I can go see it. I asked why it wasn't in Arlington and they just said it wasn't. If I wanted them to bring it up they wanted a deposit. I refused to give a deposit but. They did bring it up 2 days later.
They were so amazing and helpful, genuine manager and excellent staff. Thanks to them and thanks to Angel very polite guy
The sales person lied and claimed he was the manager when I was trying to make a cash deal. He refused to let me talk to the manager for whatever reason.
Was contacted right away and given the info I request.
