I have a really close friend he went to Viper tire for a tire rotation. A mechanic there told her shoes are front struts replaced. After examining the car myself, I found the issue to be a loose dust cover on the strut the strut itself was in perfect condition the car only has 40,000 miles on it. To me that's not very ethical.
