I was scheduled for my normal 3 month checkup at 3:30 pm. Normally you don't eat before your lab work, I called at 8:05 am to see when I could come by early for the lab work. The lady said to hold an she would get back to me, 10 minutes later she said she would call me back, 8:45 no call. I called back unknowninly to the "help line"? asking again if I could come in for lab work early, waited 12 minutes, receptionist responded quickly saying yes you can come right away.
