I’m am deeply disappointed in VIP Care Melbourne. Approximately 2 weeks ago I requested they resend lab work orders to Labcorp on Hybiscus they acknowledged it was done and I made the appointment for 05-15-25 come to find out the fax failed and I was never informed of this nor was resent including today hence I cancelled appointment. Why can’t this be sent electronically besides fax as it’s 2025 not 1985. Dr Rosa and her staff are wonderful. She takes her time with you and the staff are very courteous and polite. The office is very clean. Very happy with the visit today and will definitely continue use her as my primary caregiver.
