RecommendedI had my car inspected here and it failed because of one thing. They quoted me an estimate to fix the problem and after calling another place VIP had the better price. When I called to get my car fixed they took it that day, and reinspected it for me for free! Which was a huge blessing because I had paid for the other inspection and the work on my car. It did take longer for me to get my car back than I expected, but I’m very happy to have my car fixed and pass inspection. Thank you!
VIP has always been a great help to my fiancé, so much that I’m switching over to them for all my car needs!!
I had an 11am appointment for an inspection and oil change on 11.25.19 I showed up 10 minutes early. They said it would be finished in about an hour. I walked to Walmart and Target, got lunch at KFC, and got back to vip at 1215......my car hadn't been touched yet. I got my keys and left. Never again.VIP! Horrible service.
Dropped my car for an oil change and battery. They said they would call when done. That was Saturday. Its now Monday at 1pm and I JUST got a call back stating the car has been done since Saturday. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW since I had to scramble to get a car for work today! Matt, the extremely unhelpful and unpleasant person who called was far from apologetic, and made me feel stupid. Keep up the great work over there....NEVER again!
