Best sparkler company! I tried so many other vendors for my wedding company and VIP Sparklers was the company the guaranteed delivery for my clients!
My wife ordered sparklers for our wedding and paid for 2 day shipping. We never received a confirmation email, a shipping email. Waste of money, use another company for your special day
Hi - I ordered sparklers two weeks ago and nothing is happening in terms of shipment. I also can't reach you through phone or email. Can you please look at the order #7603??
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This operate under several other names like Grand Wedding Exit as well. I paid for 2 day rush shipping and after 5 days they still had not shipped. The ruined my clients wedding exit and had no care at all. I had to open a dispute because of their lack of communication. Do not trust this vendor, they will ruin your exit as well. Wedding Vendors take notice, they are not a company of integrity or accountability.
They did not deliver my sparklers for my wedding not update me on my delivery status. No refund was granted to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.
