We have purchased a chair lift, wheelchair and now a hospital bed from Wes over the last year. Wes has been a tremendous help both selecting the right equipment and making sure everything is properly installed. He goes above and beyond so we feel safe and secure in our home. It feels good to have a locally owned business that can connect you to products from all over the U.S. and the world.
I purchased stair lifts from VIP Scooters for my mom so she could maintain her independence. Wes got the measurements done and had lifts installed covering all three floors of the house within about a week to ten days. He’s super friendly and knows the equipment inside and out, too. The peace of mind of having a LOCAL company that sells AND promptly services the equipment just can’t be beat!

We purchased a power chair and backpacker lift a little over a year ago from VIP Scooter in Harrisonburg, Va. The equipment they recommended and we purchased is exactly what we needed and has served us well. They have given me my life back. Last week we lowered the backpacker lift that is in our car to get my chair. The lift then wouldn’t operate to go back in our van.
