Brett was amazing and helped us sell our current home and purchase a new home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. He really knows the area and got us in a great school district which was important to us as well as the house had everything we were looking for. It was a bit of a challenge since the house was owned by Zillow but Brett took this challenge head on and got it for us. Working relentlessly and keeping us in the loop on every step of the way.

Both Brett and Renee worked with us to find a place that would be just perfect for my daughter to move into. She is relocating from Maryland and had some specific requests (dog friendly, etc.) They never stopped until they found just the right one. I cannot say too many wonderful things about them.
