VIP Nails & Spa is exceptional. I live in Lakeway and commute to Lakeline just to come to this nail salon. I get so many compliments on my nail. There aren't enough words that can do the nail salon justice, so let me post a few pictures.

I have been coming to this salon off and on for 5 years, but the atmosphere has completely tanked. The shop is practically empty past few visits, and after today, I see exactly why. The remaining staff it seems, Tina and Hannah, have formed a toxic "mean girls club" and their customer service is non-existent. My last appointment with Hannah was awful... Scalding water, zero acknowledgement, and attitude when I asked for a cup of water or anything for that matter. I almost didn't come back as I was so put off by this person. ... read more
