I love Nancy. I've been a long time return customer, and can actually point out to you which sets are mine on the business website gallery. I bring all my friends and family in, they're always super accommodating and kind. My grandma and my mom are picky but came with me to my lady because I always love my nails. I needed to change salons and was a bit weary about a new one. This place is fantastic! I was greeted, ushered to a chair, and was given a Coke. It was 96° when I went in, they were kind and smiled. Everything was immaculate and disinfectant was at every station. This was huge for me. The gal who did my dip was named Janet and I talked about handicap/disabled regular customers. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the nail service. Everyone here was very nice, friendly But I came here 2x for gel nail polish and my nails are absolutely destroyed. I’ve had gel done many times over the years, and never had this issue before… but this place really was not careful with how they filed the polish off, and made my nails INSANELY thin, to the point they are breaking. They also filed them down VERY uneven. Will not be returning.

I had terrible ingrown toe nails and one that looked like a claw. So I started coming to Sophie regularly and it is smooth sailing now. My ingrown nails and heel calluses are all squared away. I wont ho anywhere else. Sophie has been able to help my situation This team and family ...all of them treats my elderly mother kindly as she took is a regular client. I highly recommend this salon in Arvada in the area of the Walmart across the street. Near the Tokyo jo. Love this place.
