Won’t be back. Asked for Dip powder and I have never sat so long in a chair. It’s also very thick and they didn’t bother to file the cuticle area at all. After I mentioned that I was on a time crunch, they switched techs on me and the guy that took over was so aggressive in filing my nails. I’ll be going back to my original nail lady. Guess this is what I get for betraying my original nail lady.
I love VIP!! I have been going there since I moved to the area 5 years ago. They are always so kind and do a great job! Edit: Recently I started getting more nail art done and Ben does amazing every time! When he does my fingers and Sofia does my toes, they are the best combo and the results hold up for so long.
READ THIS!: This place is the nail place you are looking for! Amazing nails, staff (shout out Ben) and vibes. Walk in- they got you! Appointments-easy to make! Designs- GIRLLLLL 🤌 Those crazy nail designs you see online and think (dang wish my nail artist could do that) THEY CAN! Please go check them out after reading this! The fact they are not packed is insane!🤯
LOVE ITT!! Have been going here for years! Moved to downtown and still make the commute because this shop IS THAT GOOD! Literally will not go anywhere else. The people are always so accommodating and sweet. The nails never fail to impress, are always above and beyond and the attention to detail is immaculate! I have no idea why there are negative reviews. Have never once had a bad experience here.
