First time going to this nail salon & it was an awful experience. First of all I ask for coffin shaped nails, the guy gave me square nails but charged me extra for it. I got a new set & I asked for a white tip/French manicure as well. I asked if he could put light pink clearish polish over top of manicure & he said no to me. I've had many of french manicures done over the years at several different nail salons & this by far is awful. It was a comfortable environment very laid-back. However, I wanted a super deluxe pedicure, and I got a basic pedicure with gel nail polish. I was charged $60, which included the gel nail polish. I'm grateful for the pedicure, but I truly wanted the super deluxe pedicure. Due to the lack of getting what I asked for I will not be returning to this nail salon/spa. P. S. I got my nails done and they made them triangle shaped when I asked for almond, they cut my finger, and shouted at me saying that I shouldn’t ask for short when I don’t want short but I told them not to do too short.
