I hate writing bad reviews about places. But I have literally never had a worse experience at a nail salon. I have been here several times before and it’s been mediocre but this time takes the cake. I was there for more than 2 hours and my nails look terrible. The lady that did them was nice, but super inexperienced. The owner finally had to take over and finish but THEY STILL LOOK HORRIBLE. Anyway, the only reason I went is because I had a gift card. The people are nice but the service is crap.
I’ve used VIP for several years now but for the past several months that I have gone in there the customer service has been poor. Twice in the past two months I have waited for over 30-45 minutes just to get a pedicure. I understand they get busy but when no one even acknowledges that I’m sitting in the chair for 45 minutes with no water in the tub, that’s a little ridiculous. I have also had people that walked in after me, without appointments, get service before myself when I had been waiting.
i got a full set dip nails with manicure, regular pedicure and my 3 year old daughter got her nails painted. i can honeatly say that it is the best nail place i have gone. i will be returning. Tommy is the person that did my nails and he is extremely nice.
This was my second time going. The first time was pretty good. Bob did my nails. When I returned yesterday for a full set. They gave me a price for the set I wanted. Got all the nails glued ,and clipped. His boss then proceeded to tell me a different price. Even after him & 2 other people okayed the length. That was very unprofessional. They definitely make their own prices. Since when is it $40 for basic powder set?! Solid white to be exact!
Pedicure was nice until I looked at my toenails...they were crooked and unevenly painted. There was even still polish on the skin around my nails. It was also super crowded, could barely move around other people. Won’t be back.
