I've only had good experiences here. You only have one technician, and you can request. I have had Vee a few times and Julie for the first time today. which she did an amazing job on my request.
I never leave poor reviews online but I'm extremely upset with the service I received this evening. It's my MIL's birthday and my SIL is in town. We made an appointment for us all to get mani pedi's together and when we showed up at our scheduled time we were forced to wait 45 minutes while they took back several walk-ins and started their services first. It took us 3 hours and 45 minutes for us to get mani and pedi's done. We all asked for ombré which they advertise as a service they are able to perform. My MIL and SIL's na... read more

They work hard to help you get in and out promptly....they always make sure you have a great experience. My nails are about to fall off, can’t wait for them to re-open! I feel lost not getting my nails done, and I don’t want to drive to Dallas to get them done....I hear there are places open , but I am gonna wait until VIP opens!
