I really wanted to like this place since it was my first time here, but unfortunately I left extremely disappointed. I went in for a refill, which normally takes me around 45 minutes. I ended up sitting there for an hour and a half, and it would have been even longer if I had stayed. After all that time, my nails were still uneven and not the shape I had repeatedly asked for. After looking for a salon that fits my needs, I found this gem that is actually right down the street from me. I went for the first time and had Quann do my nails. I am thrilled with the way they turned out. I am happy to say I found a convenient Salon who actually listens to exactly what I want.
