I really LOVE that Sherry (owner) remembers you name after 1 visit. Great specials.
Excellent customer service! I had my EZ nails crack and they fixed it with no issues! Next trip I'll be having my nails cut down to avoid any future cracks :-)
This place got mad at my daughter because the guy there messed her nails n feet up. There attitude's changed real quick when she asked can he fix it! They definatly didn't want to give her money back. I was yelled at by the manager to just get out his store because I wasn't the customer. Ooh yes I am when ur dealing with a minor. Then the most petty part is the lady manager made them remove the polish from her nails and feet that they put on. Never again will I deal with them again. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!
