I have never been to this spa, but figured I would try it out. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. Sherri did them and she was fantastic! She used my name constantly and asked how i wanted them. Cleaned them up and they look great. I appreciate her great customer service!!!
I just moved here from out of town and was having a hard time finding a good nail place. I tried VIP and the lady (sherry) that did my nails was amazing and very kind and took her time. The lady (amy) did my feet and also took her time. I went from having the same couple do my feet and nails for over 10+ yrs so yes im a little picky. I also do my own acrylics and pedis so that makes it harder. (In prego so had to take a break) I will definitely be returning to their establishment. If I could give negative stars I would. My nails turned yellow after 4 days. They were extremely rude. Do not waste your money!!!!
They are rude overpriced and racist. They were rude telling me hurry up when I was trying to take my daughter's picture cause it was her 1st pedicure. They they didn't tell us about the specials and were only nice to the white woman and her daughter. They offered to take there picture and was saying how pretty the girl was . And when I spoke on it she said she told my daughter her hair bow was pretty. And she never even spoke to my daughter when we came in.
My pedicure was amazing....but for waxing never again. If the lady who was doing it would of understood me then I would of been able to tell her how bad it was.
