Horrible place with unprofessional staff! The person left me on the chair for an hour while the water got cold in the pedicure bowl.

The last two out of three times the person doing my pedicure cut my toe so when I went last week I asked that my toenails be cut as short as possible WITHOUT CUTTING MY TOE. What did she do? She not only cut my toe, she didn’t even tell me or put the antiseptic on it. Now I’m on vacation and I can barely stand to wear a pair of shoes because my toe is red and throbbing, plus I have a huge blister on an adjoining toe due to the fact that I’m walking funny because I’m trying to protect the cut toe.
I'm so grateful for VIP! They rescued me at the last minute, just hours before my son's wedding, redoing my French manicure after the original was stained by my sweater. I give them an A plus for customer service!

Clean, professional & they respect your time!
Third time I stopped and was told they couldnt do a polish change. They dont even bother to say its gonna be this long of a wait they just point blank tell you to leave. Ive tried a weekday and a weekend and same bad experience.
