This business is poorly ran. The employees are rude, and pick and chose who they want to serve and when. I waited in line for two hours after being told it was a ten minute wait. During these two hours people were served ahead of me because they had been coming to the salon for a long time or were friends of the employees. That is not fair. Especially when there is a sign in list that they do not to by what so ever.
