Won’t own up to their mistakes. I’ve seen so many of my friends go there and are not happy with their services.
Just posting a review after seeing what they did to multiple people’s nails. This place is an absolute joke. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
RecommendedI would definitely recommend VIP nails. I go to Tina but everyone is so nice and if I ever had a problem with my nails they always fix the problem. Yes I have had some nail polish chip right away but that happens when you work with your hands and are getting them dirty. When this happens I have called them and they got me right in and they fixed them for no charge. They always ask me if I’m happy with my nails before I leave and if I’m not happy I tell them and they fix it.
Terrible costumer service! Very rude. Very unfriendly atmosphere. Not worth the money at all.
Terrible service, the management is a joke they literally let my friend leave with no color on uneven acrylic nails after attempting to do the nails twice
I’ve had great results with healthy nails. The technicians are experienced, professional, friendly and accommodating. My ‘go to’ place for both mani’s and pedi’s.
Would never in my life go to a place that treats their customers so terrible!
The staff literally took my friend's nails off and told her to leave after asking them to correct the problem. Maybe if your staff was trained properly and continued to receive training, this would not be a problem. Will be sure to let everyone I know to AVOID your business.
Absolutely horrible nails! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
