The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want! I went to them to get my nails done for my wedding, and I couldn't have been happier!

This is my 2nd time at VIP. LOVE Kaitlyn so much! She is friendly and down to earth and is so creative!! LOVE my nails and the healthy nail is awesome!! The place is clean and up to date. Everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend!

TERRIBLE customer service
Awful! Cut my fingers and made me bleed and then screwed my polish up so bad I fixed it when I got home because I was ignored when I pointed it out!
