We went through VIP Mortgage when we bought our new build home 2 years ago. We just refinanced with them taking advantage of the lower interest rates available. The John C***** team was great to work with again. I uploaded all documents to their portals and everything went smooth and in a timely manner. Shane and his team have never done anything but put myself and referrals first. Always ensuring a smooth/quick closing at the best possible rates they can do. I am a pain in the ***and ask too many questions, shop around too much and try to push for information and these guys are always on it. We've used VIP Mortgage previously and just recently used them to take advantage of the current low rates. They did not disappoint. They are very knowledgeable and responsive, and were able to get our refinances completed quickly. Will definitely use them (Michael) again in the future.
Very easy to deal with. Answered calls almost every time, if not, very quick to respond. Communicated very well and answered any questions so I could easily understand.
