We had been working with another lender for about 4 months and we were getting nowhere. The problem came from my husbands self-employment. We called the ***** ********team and they told us that we would have no problem in getting a loan through them. As requested, we sent them the necessary documents, they kept us on track, and self-employment was not an issue. We appreciate their professionalism and efforts to get us to closing which took place last week.

I would recommend Jeff T****** without hesitation. We had an unfortunate devastating incident a few days before our closing and Jeff made sure that we weren’t going to lose our dream house. He was always in communication with us every step of the way.
Megan was super helpful, always available to answer questions, was able to get everything done by the closing date. Worked above and beyond and we got the best deals we could find - the first time. No negotiation of any kind. Best experience my wife and I could ask for.
