When we called we reserved a limo from the airport to Fremont st and back. There website doesn't specify if it's round trip or not. So I called 3 different times and told it was. Then when the time comes to pick us up they said it cost extra and they said it's not round trip. They said they would give me a discount of $20 off. I would not take this company as they lie to you to lure you in. They also got my.dates mixed up and came a week early and called me at 2am waking up the whole house. Never again would I use them...
We have used VIP several times. I am a Travel Agent and bring groups to Las Vegas each March. We have booked several types of vehicles over the years for different Las Vegas excursions and rides. Drivers are always prompt, safe, and fun! Highly Recommend VIP!
I used these guys just yesterday for a large group of our dance fitness friends coming into town to support a #VegasStrong charity event. Frank, the driver who met us, was WONDERFUL and SUPER. I am totally impressed with John in the office too about how honest and forthright he is when making my reservation. I loved this company's service so much I'm going to have my clients switch from their current provider and start booking with them. Thumbs up five stars!
