I want to give VIP salon a four star review. I go there all the time and they always do an exceptional job.. Two of my nails needed repaired And they took me right away and didn't charge me. Great customer service
If I could give no stars I would! The guy that did my nails messed up so bad. Didn't follow my inspo picture at all and to make it worse he cut me twice and made me bleed! It also took him 3 hours to do a simple ombre nail that i have seen someone due in 1 hour or less. And even after all of that still charged me $130! Insane! Will NOT be coming back!
service here is not good at all. i’ve been going here for about 3 years now and no one listens and is extremely rude. the lady doing my nails asked if i wanted shorter and i asked for a little and she cut my gel x nails down to my natural nail. $70 for my nails to be way too shorter than i intended and she used the base color i asked her not to. don’t go here if you want to spend your money wisely. honestly horrendous and will not be coming back.
Great experience, everyone was super friendly! Definitely will be going back
Went to get nails done and two days later my nails were falling off the nail are was horrible they used stamps to do very easy nail are over all not a good experience
