This place is awesome and is getting me back into running shape and the staff and trainers are incredible! I highly recommend this place!
To say this was helpful in an understatement. This was about much more than weight loss. First and foremost this was for my cousin Mary who gave me the gift of life. Secondly, what VIP did was teach me and discipline me to eat well and moderately throughout the day and to get in a regular exercise schedule. Can not recommend them enough. Thanks to Matt, Travis, Kaitlyn, Shannon, Jose and everyone else who contributed to this life changing experience.

Today was the final weigh in for my 6 week challenge, in total I lost 22.5 lbs! I can not believe the difference in the way I look and feel. This took a lot of hard work and determination, but I am so thankful I did it. If you are interested in the 6 week challenge, please feel free to reach out to me!! I’d like to thank everyone at VIP Fitness for the awesome workouts, and great attitudes. They truly made it fun to go to the gym every day.
I really enjoyed the process at VIP. The Boot Camp was definitely worth the time and effort. I was especially surprised by the friendliness and down to earth attitude of the staff. I would do it again!!!
