My experience, I must say everything was explained , test drive was awesome, I was not leaned over or bugged by sales constantly! That in its self was the greatest! They’re easy to speak to, they listen, and we met in the middle. My deal was awesome, even though a few minor issues the owner/manager is willing to fix them even after I paid for the vehicle and took off it off their lot! In my book, a verbal agreement, a hand shake still means a lot these days!
5 stars all the way! I drove about 30 minutes to look at a 2012 Honda Civic si not expecting to buy. I test drove two days in a row and not a short sweet test drive they let me drive for as long as I would like. I was very pleased they are very very honest people and only buy the most reliable cars. It’s great being able to buy my very own first car at the age of 18 and have so much ease in my mind buying from this dealership. I love VIP auto sales! Very helpful. I didn’t feel like I was trying to get scammed out of my money. This is my first car and I felt like I could leave feeling confident that I knew all about the car and what I was investing in. Joe, Sam and Caleb are great!
I had a great experience buying my truck there. Financing was painless and quick. I picked out my truck at closing and was driving it off the lot within a hour after arriving and signing was complete. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They also have a reasonable price garage service also. Definitely worth checking out.
