Call the dealer to let him know that we were come to look at the car; if it needs to be cleaned. Can you have it cleaned I would like to test drive it. I also informed him that I’m driving from about 2 hours away. Once we got there the car wasn’t cleaned and the car needed some work.

Dealership staff was friendly and amenable. Wife and I traded in our car and got a fair price. Used the trade in to purchase a 2004 Toyota Avalon XL. Upon the test drive the brakes, driver side door jam, and wiper blades gave us concern. Dealership fixed the door, replaced the brakes, and wiper blades. Unfortunately two weeks after purchase I found out the vehicle had a bad alternator but these are not terribly difficult or expensive to replace.
Very good service, answered my questions promptly and made purchase a pleasant experience.
