This is such a shady place to live. I lived here for 3 years and it was terrible. The landlord was super rude and awful. It was like being a tenant under Mr. Burns. He would threaten to throw people out because they needed things fixed like the lights in the parking lot for safety after cars got broken into. They never fixed anything. Lived here for a couple of years. It is cheap, in a good location, and relatively quiet but these are the only good things about living here. Maintainence here is a joke. There is only one maintenance person who does everything. I have requested a repair to be made to my apartment multiple times and every single time maintenence has shown up and told me its not broken so he isnt fixing it. Have had to have my father fix leaks in the plumbing that was rotting out the wood under the kitchen cabinet because maintenance wouldnt ... read more

Landlord ignored me during a water emergency. Neighbors play loud speakers all through the night. Owner doesn't care or fix anything.
