Can’t contact him when needed or emergency . His houses are not maintained. His renters destroy the house and yard. His renters are not nice people and drags down the neighborhood. He should not be able to rent.
This is such a shady place to live. I lived here for 3 years and it was terrible. The landlord was super rude and awful. It was like being a tenant under Mr. Burns. He would threaten to throw people out because they needed things fixed like the lights in the parking lot for safety after cars got broken into. They never fixed anything.
