And yes daniel grand is a fake name ...would you hire a business of someone using a fake name? Avoid these creeps and contact dob directly if you feel you got a harasing complaint. It is free and easy!
Called to get a consultation for a recent dob issue involving fence over height limit. The person i spoke to was very transparent with what can be done, and advice to resolve this issue. Although in the end, it turns out not much can be done aside for bringing the fence down to appropriate height, personally i value the honesty displayed within the consultation.
