RecommendedMy schnauzer loves to go to Vintage Heights for daycare. His butt starts wiggling the moment we pull in the parking lot. The staff is so friendly and easy to work with. This is the only dog I have had that loves going to the vet even if it means getting a shot sometimes.

Dr Jim is very competent and caring. Great surgeon and very experienced at diagnosis. I’m usually in and out in 20 to 30 minutes. I get more bang for my buck there too.
Every time I take my dog in I'm left to wait in the receiving room anywhere from 15-40 minutes even on slow days and the rooms are hot. I was also mischarged almost $200 for a sample of dietary fiber chews. When they told me the charge was incorrect they explained that they can't do refunds to debit cards, they can only offer account credit or have an office manager write a check who only works limited days. I really can't express how much I appreciate these folks. My best bud Willie Nelson needed a pu surgery and they got him in quicker than anyone else. He's home, healing and happy as can be after such a procedure.
This place is AMAZING! I had to take all 3 of my dogs in at the same time to get check ups and a flea prescription...all while hauling my 2 toddlers along, too. Not only did the staff help me get the dogs in and out of the van, they helped me keep them calm while waiting for a room. They were very attentive and sweet with my labs and beagle. It was a quieter more intimate office than I'm used to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Wiedel is so great with my elderly cat that, though we continue to go to her previous office with the rest of the fur family, elderly cat gets to go here. We got some great deals on trial kidney care food as well.
Thank you Dr. Jim and Vintage Heights for taking such wonderful care of Dean during his episode yesterday. Always appreciate your honesty and sound approach in taking to me about the situation. Yesterday, especially when such an odd situation. It was just wonderful seeing him be his normal self this morning. Thanks again!
