Never ever call this company. My garage door spring was broken I called this company no one answered I called on emergency service number Malvin replied and agree to come at 7pm. I asked him what you will be charging he says $100. I agree and ask him to come he showed up on time tell me that spring has to be replaced and it will cost me $2,000. The technician, Melvin, is underhanded person. I contacted the company on April 2, 2020 for an estimate to replace my garage door. He gave me two estimates. On April 22,2020, he contacted me to see if I was ready to do the repairs. I informed him that I was going with another company because their offer was better. He assured me that he would meet or beat their price “just to earn your business”. $465 was the total in which he agreed. I agreed , set up for install on April 25 at 9am. My story is similar to Ernest F . On 9/10/2019 my garage door wasn 't working , I called 2-10 , they sent Vintage garage services , and that was also the same guy Melvin ! My garage door wasn 't covered by 2-10 , so , I agree to have him repair and pay to his company . He repaired the cables and the spring . About 3 weeks ago , that 's only 2 months after he repair , the spring broke ! The guy name Melvin did check my garage opener and said need to replace. I said he will take care all and the bill is over $1000. He called my insurance and report, make my claim is fail because secordary damage which is stupid reason to not cover by insurance. He and the insurance is connect to scam home owner. People need away from Vitage Garage Service ( Melvin) and HWA home warranty.

Melvin at Vintage Garage Services is operating a scam. He was dispatched by 2-10 Home Warranty to fix a garage door spring that had broken due to normal wear and tear. Melvin spent a significant amount of time trying to sell me a $2000, twice-per-year maintenance service for the door springs, which is obviously ridiculous. He asked if I would like that service done on the spot. Maintenance on a broken spring? I said no, I'd like to have the spring repaired and nothing beyond what is necessary to get the door working. My name is ****** ******* I had the unfortunate experience of your dishonest worker Melvin on September 9, 2019. I have a home warranty through 210 Home Warranty and I used that company when a repair was needed for my garage. Melvin diagnosed the repairs and it was determined that I needed new springs as well as a new opener. He provided an estimate of anywhere from $1,600.00 to $2,000.00. I can’t say enough of how pleased I was with Melvin who i had never me before today. He provided the kind of service that will bring him repeat and referral business. He answered a call on Sunday 12/31/17 at 4:30PM where others didn’t and agreed to come take care of my Garage door which was inoperable in a locked down state which would not release, therefore my vehicle was trapped inside.
