Recently Village LensCrafters changed optometrists the long-time couple moved for personal reasons. The new one, Dr. Gor came in. She is, IMHO, rude! Very condescending, short, curt in her demeanor. Rushed due to appointment scheduling. The company should fix that, if that's the causing her to be that way. Anyway, I've been going there since 2018, probably change to somewhere else next year. The staff and the optometrist were excellent!
Very clean and professional. Appointment was right on time and the one time I waited (hardly anything) they apologized profusely. The staff and Doctor were all very professional and friendly. Great selection of frames. Will definitely go back!!!
