They were very prompt when communicating and helpful when communicating through email. When they came to provide service they immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it. They were also very patient in explaining the issue and offered some advice.
We had some melted wires on our A/C unit and they came out and took care of the problem right away. Wonderful Service, Great Personnel and they came when they said they would. All around a great experience. :-)
Gave a fair estimate, did a great job, came in right at the estimated price despite a few little hiccups, and even cleaned up the floors and counter tops afterward. Excellent folks!
Its been a while since we used them, however, they did a bang up job on rewiring of almost our entire house! I would recommend them in a second, and have!
