Noel was AMAZING! She is so sweet, and knowledgeable about hair styles, old and new, that I learned so much from getting a perm from her. She listened to what I wanted and was very thorough in her explanation of how a perm works, as it was my first one. I have very short hair and didnt want it to look shorter and it really doesnt yet its very curly and beautiful! You can tell she is very passionate about what she does which makes for an overall fun and great experience! Totally recommend!
I’ve been getting perms for years, but Noel did the best one by far! She paid attention to all the details and asked for and took lots of input. Great haircut too!
