A decent place to live The building is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's not a lot to do in the neighborhood but there is a bus stop close by. Paratransit is also available here. There is a fair amount of traffic noise and the bowling alley parking lot can get pretty rowdy on some league nights, but you kind of get used to that. Some residents are low key, some residents are quirky, some residents are nosey, and some residents should never go off their meds (but sometimes do).
I have lived here now for eleven months. And am very pleased with everything to date. If I have an issue it is always taken care of in a timely manner. Erin and Eric always go beyond their responsibility. Love the monthly events in the community. The grounds are always taken care of. Common areas are also kept in great shape! I have been working with this property since 2014. First as a cleaner hired by a cleaning company. Then as a Vendor cleaning the property. Great Staff easy to work with and have great communication. Wonderful residents always a pleasure to see everyone.
