Absolutely a nightmare, terrible management, beware and be ready to get mistreat if you decide to lease with them. My boyfriend recently signed a lease with 8th and grand and we are extremely disappointed with the level of service and management provided. Not only is he paying an exorbitant amount for rent, but the management has been unresponsive and incompetent, making his living experience a nightmare.
