I've been a resident of the complex for 2 years and I've had an excellent experience thus far. The front office and maintenance is always kind and prompt with any problems I have. Especially with my recent problem with my refrigerator, I thought I was going to need to wait for a part but Carlos was able to figure out the problem and able to fix it on the spot even after his coworker thought I needed replacement parts the day before. Thank you so much again Carlos for being so knowledgeable, professional and kind.
My experience living at this apartment complex was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, or well‑managed place to live. From the beginning, the property was poorly maintained. The grounds were rarely cleaned, and residents consistently failed to pick up after their dogs, leaving the walkways and grass areas dirty and unpleasant.
