Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the door. I only went to the spa but it was a wonderful experience. You should be proud of your staff and your facilities.
What a beautiful place, the view from my room on the water was amazing. The food was fantastic and in walking distance is anything else you want.
Cocktails and a snack on the porch to escape a rainy afternoon. Enjoyable but service was a bit slow.
We attended a beautiful wedding in your tea garden. The staff could not have been more wonderful. It was a great experience in a magnificent building.

I'm From Indian Head MD This Was My 1st Time Visiting Here! It Such A Beautiful Place & The Ever Person I Came In Contact With From The Time I Encountered The Valet Parking, The Receptionist At The Restaurant, The Waiters Jesus & William Frost They Were Beyond Excellent!! The Food Was Incredible & The Atmosphere Was So Awesome I Could Have Stayed All Night!! OOOH! The Coffee The Americano & That Apple Pie, & The Chocolate Cake Was Suberb!! I Really Want To Come Back Soon & Experience The Room & The Food & Wine Together!!
The Vinoy is among my favorite hotels in the U.S. Checking in feels like home and the service is Five Star at every level. It's in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, with beautiful water views and it's walkable to many restaurants, shops and museums.
Great historic hotel that is part of the Marriott chain.
