Amazing. Beautiful. Relaxing. The Vinoy is a special place. I love visiting this beautiful historical hotel.
We had a great time. Food was delicious.
I have stayed at the Vinoy three times this year. Always a pleasure. Accommodations are wonderful and the staff is fabulous. The food and drinks are top notch.
I found the staff very helpful in directing me to the activities I was interested in. The valet was prompt and eager to assist when I forgot items in the car.finally, they were amenable to having my service dog in the room. I would highly recommend! The view from the room was lovely - got to witness two beautiful weddings in the courtyard. Centrally located too!
The place has a remarkable history that should be highlighted by the staff. There is a need for more efficiency at check in and check out. The room was very dusty behind the TV and the tub should be updated. So why Good? Because the place has such a personality and such a story that overrides the issues I presented. The valet team is fun and friendly! The bar staff where just there and could do more in tips if they had a bit more interaction when engaging with customers.
